The Republican Party has a long and honorable history in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Townsend Republican Town Committee is carrying the story into the Twenty-First Century.

The members of the committee are not political professionals. They don’t have astounding insight or uncanny powers of persuasion. They are ordinary Townsend residents who respect their neighbors, and love their country, and deeply appreciate the freedom for which our nation’s founders fought.
